When and how should I apply the GHK-Cu serum?

You can apply our GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Serum in the morning, evening, or both. Dispense 2 to 4 drops onto clean, slightly damp skin after cleansing, but before your heavier creams or moisturizers. Press and massage gently into the face and neck. Avoid touching the dropper directly to your skin to keep the formula clean.

Can I use copper peptides with Vitamin C, retinoids, or direct acids?

We recommend using strong direct acids (AHAs, BHAs) and pure L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) at a different time of dayβ€”for example, Vitamin C in the morning and GHK-Cu at nightβ€”to preserve peptide stability and avoid potential skin irritation. The serum pairs well with hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid, panthenol, and niacinamide.

What results can I realistically expect and how quickly?

Some users may notice hydration or softness after application. How skin looks and feels over time varies from person to person, and no specific timeline or visible result can be guaranteed.

Can it be used around the eyes, neck, and chest?

Suitable for use on the face, neck, chest, and around the eye contour. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

Is the formula suitable for sensitive skin and should I patch test?

The serum contains Aloe Vera Fragrance. Please review the ingredient list before use, especially if you have known sensitivities to fragrance or any listed ingredient. Patch test on a small area before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Why does the serum contain preservatives and how should it be stored?

Water-based skincare requires a robust, safe preservative system to prevent microbial contamination and keep the formula fresh. Store your bottle tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight, and follow the period-after-opening (PAO) guidance on the label.

Where do you ship and what are the shipping times across Canada?

We currently ship throughout Canada from Ontario.

Once your order has been processed and transferred to the postal carrier, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier’s current service levels. While we do our best to prepare and dispatch orders promptly, Kerosene Skincare does not control transit times once a package has been accepted by the postal service.

Tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us. We will be happy to review the tracking information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Please allow additional time for remote locations, holidays, severe weather, or other carrier-related delays.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A $10 CAD restocking fee applies per return, and customers pay return shipping. Contact us before sending a return. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented items are handled separately and have no restocking fee. For shipping damage, contact keroseneskincare@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with applicable requirements. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
